Shirley Marion Jewell Morse born July 18, 1922 passed away April 27, 2015 after a lengthy illness at the Hannah B.G.Shaw Home in Middleboro. She was formally of Brockton and Buzzards Bay. Sadly missed and survived by a daughter Beverly Benson of Cape Coral, FL and son Thomas and his wife Jeanne of Middleboro.
Also survived by sisters Lorraine Sawyer and husband Arthur of Brockton, Meredith Hendricks of North Carolina and grandchildren in Florida, Lori Buck, Kelly and Chris Hildenbrand, and Lisa and Stephen Maxim. Grandchildren in New England, Patrick Morse, Daniel and Kerri Morse, Laura Jacobi and Karen and Roger Bell. She also leaves 12 great grandchildren and was pre-deceased in 1957 by husband Thomas and in 2005 by granddaughter Jennifer Jacobi.
Visiting hours will be held in the Sampson-Hickey-Grenier Funeral Home 309 Main St., Brockton ,Thursday April 30, 2015 from 4-7 PM. followed by a service at 7 PM in the Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held Friday May 1st at Melrose Cemetery at 10AM, Brockton, leaving the Funeral Home at 9:30 AM, Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
