Willie G. Ward of Abington formerly of Winterville, NC passed away Monday August 24, 2015 at the age of 65. He was the beloved husband of 46 years to Jeanne L. (Marini) Ward. Son of the late John H. and Mittie Ann (Spell) Ward. Loving father of Jackie Ward , John Ward, both of Abington, Michael Ward of Brockton, Nathan Ward, and Luther Brite both of Abington, and the late Willie Jean Ward. Brother of Retha Harris, Daisy Payton, both of NC, Rosa Daniels of FL, the late Mary, Bobby Jean, Doris, and Jack all of NC. Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held in the Sampson-Hickey-Grenier Funeral Home 309 Main St., Brockton, on Monday August 31st 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
