Royce L. Mason

Royce L. Mason of Fall River, formerly of Brockton passed away on February 12, 2015 at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. He was 67 years old. He was born in Brockton; son of the late Ralph B. & Doris (Moore) Mason. He was the boyfriend of Pat Shaughnessy of Fall River. He was the father of Adam Mason and his wife Melissa of Carver and Kimberly Mason and her boyfriend Scott Lonsdale of Rehoboth. He was the brother of Gail Richardson of Attleboro and Cynthia (Mason) Campbell of New Hampshire. He was the grandfather of Maggie Mason, Dylan Mason, and Colby Lonsdale and the former husband of Linda Mason of Easton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Royce was a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1965. He served in the US Navy from 1968-1972 and worked as a self-employed sign painter. He enjoyed fishing on the Cape Cod Canal, custom trucks, hot rods, and customized motorcycle painting.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, February 21, from 11am-1pm in the Sampson-Hickey-Grenier Funeral Home 309 Main St., Brockton with a Funeral Service to be celebrated at 1 pm in the funeral home. Burial at a later date in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Royce's memory to the American Heart Association 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
