Donald A. Young of Brockton passed away on February 12, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was 77 years old. He was born in Brockton; son of the late Clyde E. & Rita M. (Lincoln) Young. Survived by his dear friends and family Diane Mignacca and Gretchen MacGregor.
He worked as an expeditor for Northrop Company in Norwood. He was a member of the Avon Fish & Game Assoc., National Rifle Assoc., Civil War Token Society, American Philatelic Society and the Confederate Stamp Alliance. Avid photographer and antique car enthusiast.
Visiting hour will be held on Thursday, March 5, from 9-10 am, with a funeral service to follow at 10 am in the Sampson-Hickey-Grenier Funeral Home 309 Main St., Brockton. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
