Diane H. (Donahue) Jones

Diane H. (Donahue) Jones, age 53, born July 7th 1964, formally of Brockton, died peacefully Thursday April 12th 2018 at Greenbriar Nursing Home, Nashua NH, after a lengthy illness surrounded by her family. 

Diane was predeceased by her father Daniel F. Donahue (1969) and her mother Elizabeth M. Donahue (2013) and also her sister Laurene (Donahue) Shultz (2017). 

Diane will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters Alicia (Donahue) Mattson and her husband Jason, Natasha Jones and her fiancé Adam LaFleur and her son David Jones. Diane also leaves behind her two brothers David Donahue and Daniel Donahue, his wife MaryAnne, niece Colleen and her husband Andrew, nephew Daniel and his wife Chrissy.  Diane will greatly be missed by her beloved grandchildren Evan and Madison LaFleur, Nathan and Sean Mattson and David’s children. 

Diane was best known as a loving mother, daughter, sister. She was a homemaker and had a passion for cleaning, enjoyed cooking, word search puzzles, long conversations and spending time with family and friends. Diane found peace at one of her favorite places, the beach. She enjoyed the warm sand between her toes, salt water breeze through her hair and the sound of ocean waves crashing the shore. 

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held on Thursday April 19, 2018 from 4 PM to 8PM in the Sampson-Hickey-Greiner Funeral Home, 309 Main St., Brockton. A service will be celebrated on Friday April 20, 2018 in the Sampson-Hickey-Greiner Funeral Home at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
