Catherine (Bernard) West of Brockton passed away on Saturday April 29, 2017 at the age of 57. She was the Daughter of the late Gerald R. and Joan F. (Taylor) Bernard. Loving mother of Michael H. Hammond and his wife Jamie of FL, William H. Goulet of ME, and the late Melinda MacLeod of Brockton. Sister of Susan Trent of Easton, Gerald Bernard of Whitman, Christine Russell of Brockton, and the late Caroline Bernard. Former wife of the late Howard Hammond. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be in the Sampson-Hickey-Grenier Funeral Home 309 Main St., Brockton Wednesday 4-5:30 PM with a Memorial Service in the Funeral Home at 5:30 PM.
