Service Details

Janet M. (Balser) Higgins of Brockton passed away on Saturday March 25, 2017 at the age of 75. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Higgins. Daughter of the late William and Lillian (Cooke) Balser. Sister of John Balser of Brockton and Philip Balser of Florida. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be private. Arrangements by Sampson-Hickey-Grenier Funeral Home, Brockton.
